Our Service Provider's Levels are determined by the demand on their time. The greater the demand, the higher their level. All of our Service Providers have gone through an extensive training program before taking Guests.
Katie D - Level 5
Director of the Associate Program & Salon Manager
Katie specializes in cutting, dimensional brunettes and hair extensions!

I've been in the hair industry for over 18 years and I have loved every minute of it and it's ever changing trends. I also love to work out and all things fitness.
Jen - Level 4
Jen specializes in unique haircuts, color services, and razor cuts.

I truly care about my guest experience when they are in my chair. I read 2-3 books a week. Fun Fact: I left my job of 15 years to go to cosmetology school and never had any regrets.
Lexy - Level 5
Lexy specializes in anything with dimension, but balayage is her favorite! She also loves bridal season so formal styles is a close second!

I pride myself in really picking apart what my guests like and don't like about their current look, and then creating the perfect style for them. Fun Fact: I initially went to college for business and knew it wasn't my passion. A friend of mine showed me I could make my love for beauty into a career - I couldn't be happier!

Colleen - Level 5
Colleen specializes in color, highlights and haircuts!

I have been in the beauty industry for 17 years I have been a stylist at Zoi'A from the beginning. I have learned to be a great listener to your expectations. Also, I am married with 2 children and live in Milton.
Joey - Level 3
Joey specializes in short hair/clipper incorporated cuts, curly hair, & voluminous blowouts!

I create the best look to suit my client's needs and wants. Making people feel fantastic is what I LOVE to do. Fun Fact: I remember license plates like it's nobody's business. I was born and raised in Janesville, out & proud and love to see and encourage everyone to be happy and be who they are!
Morgan - Level 3
Morgan specializes in highlights/lowlights (anything in a foil) and haircuts. Bobs are her favorite! She is also quite the baker...ask her about her cake pops!

I love listening to my guests, and hope they feel cared for every time they see me! Fun Fact: I initially went to college to become a nurse, but was being called to the beauty industry to care for people in a much different way! Also, I will happily talk your ear off about my dog if you let me!
Bailey - Level 3
Bailey specializes in foils, balayage and makeup! She's our Bare Minerals guru!

Sara - Level 3
Sara specializes in updo's, men's cuts, and color!

Throughout my 6 years in this industry, I listen to each guest and create the best plan to help reach their hair goals. Keeping hair healthy and looking beautiful is always my goal! I have found my passion in life and that is to make people look and feel their best!
Stella - Level 3
Stella specializes in Balayage, Highlights and Brazilian Blowouts!

I am a very relaxed, low maintenance type stylist, where I want you to feel good for being YOU! Fun Fact: I was stung by a jellyfish once. I also enjoy running, volleyball and love the outdoors!

I feel like all my clients are friends of mine! My main goal is to help people discover how to be the best version of themselves. Also, I own a dance studio called Veracity Dance Project. I not only run the business but I still have the pleasure of teaching young minds how to be creative and confident every day.
Destiny - Level 1
Destiny's specializes in gray coverage, lowlights/highlights + balayage!

I always want to provide the look my guests want while keeping the integrity of the hair in mind. I joined this industry because I want people to feel beautiful and I love to build relationships with my guests! In my free time, you'll find a book in my hand. I love to read!
Calandra - Level 1
Calandra's specializes in teasy lights, color + manicures!

I joined this industry from a recommendation from my mom who has been a hairstylist all my life. I love making other's feel beautiful and relaxed. In my off time, I crochet and make jewelry. And I love baking and cooking. I'm also a mom of a 6 year old crazy boy! We literally do everything together.
