Each Service Provider’s Level is determined by the demand on their time. The greater their demand the higher their level. All of our Level 1 Service Providers are State Licensed and have gone through our in Zoi’A training to ensure that you receive an A+ Guest Experience while you’re with us. If you have a Style & Relaxation Budget in mind let us know and we will give you the best option to fit that.
~Children By Appointment Only~ Please understand that our spa & salon are in close proximity so to limit the noise level for those guest relaxing in our spa you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you do not have a responsible person able to sit in the lobby with your child. Thank you for your cooperation.
24 Hour Cancelation Policy: If a client has violated our 24 Hr Cancelation Policy (3) times in a 6 month period we will require a Credit Card on file to book an advance appointment. Missed, Canceled or Late Rescheduled Appointments are all violations of our policy. At that time, if an appointment is MISSED, your credit card on file will be changed 100% of the missed service. If an appointment is Canceled or Rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service. If you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment please call us directly if it’s within 48hrs of the appointment. ONLINE access to reschedule or cancel online is not available.
