Our Cancellation Policy
If a client has violated our 24 Hr Cancellation Policy (3) times in a 6 month period we will require a Credit Card on file to book an advance appointment. Missed, Canceled or Late Rescheduled Appointments are all violations of our policy. At that time, if an appointment is MISSED, your credit card on file will be changed 100% of the missed service. If an appointment is Canceled or Rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service. If you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment please call us directly if it’s within 48hrs of the appointment. ONLINE access to reschedule or cancel online is not available.
