Cancellation Policy

ZoiA kindly asks out of respect for our talented staff and other clients on our waiting list that a 24 hour notice be given for any appointment cancellations. For appointments of more than 30 mins in length we may ask for a credit card to be on file at the time of booking. We want to be available for you when you need us, the only way we can do this is if all of our clients understand our need for a cancellation policy.


We believe that everyone deserves a break from time to time so our computer will track any missed appointments and alert us in the event you’ve violated either our 24 Hour Cancellation or No Show policies more than 2 times in a 12 month period. At that time we will strictly enforce the following policy:


24 Hour Cancellation:

For an appointment missed without 24 hour cancellation we reserve the right to charge your credit card up to 50% of the service. No Show/No Call: For any appointment that is not canceled at all you will be charged 100% of the missed service.
